Stand Together SF Attends Hidden Gems Art Awards Banquet, Chinatown

Stand Together SF community members joined Self Help for the Elderly and leaders of the Chinatown Community to celebrate local artists of all ages who submitted their work as part of a campaign to celebrate the people of this great and historic community. Children as young as 3 and adults into their 80’s participated by submitting art work representing their lives, their journeys to this country, their history, and a shared experience of being a resident in this thriving neighborhood. Members of Stand Together SF were invited to recognize and present awards to the artists as they enjoyed an opportunity to meet in person, a long time coming since the isolating days of COVID, many community leaders and artists.
