View fullsize [Jason Toy - Adult Water Aerobics] My inspiration for creating this drawing is from the adult water aerobics class at YMCA. These active adults were exercising leisurely in the water, which created an enjoyable and harmonious atmosphere. View fullsize [Jonathan Toy - African-Drum Musician Entertaining Community] By my school at Holy Park Circle in San Francisco, I often see a musician who plays African Drum in front of his apartment. Whenever I pass by, there is always beautiful music coming from his home. It attracts neighbors to stop and listen. This is how I was inspired to draw this picture. View fullsize [Izzy V. Appleton - Same Interests] This picture represents that no matter what part of the world you’re from you can still get along. The picture shows that everyone young, old, black, white, and Asian all share an interest, reading. They all signed up for a book club. The people also chose to read a book titled, “we are a community”, and the cover of the book has two different people holding hands to symbolize that no matter what race you are or what your culture is you are still a part of a community, and you can still be friends with anyone no matter what.
